List of Documents required

1. Letter of Intent duly signed by Main Tenant
2. Copy of Tenancy Agreement duly signed by Main Tenant (2 copies)
3. Photocopies of NRIC (Applicable to Singaporean & PRs)
4. Photocopies of Passport (Applicable to Foreigners)
5. Photocopies of approved Passes (Applicable to S Pass/EP Holders/Student Pass/Entrepass)
6. Photocopies of Re-Entry Permit (Applicable to PRs)
7. Printed copies of ICA and MOM checks (can be done online, must be done for every main tenants and occupiers)
8. Proof of Relationship i.e. Marriage Cert, Birth Cert…etc (if applicable)

**Please take note that Work Permit Holders are not eligible to rent Pearl’s Hill Terrace.
